1. RETURNS
At Lumana , we strive to offer high-quality products. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you
may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its
original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or discounted items
- Personalized products.
3. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact

4. REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If
approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for returning an item are your responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
